Special Olympics SaskatchewanJay’s plays a lead role in organizing the “World’s Largest Truck Convoy” in Saskatchewan to raise funds for SOS—an organization that helps athletes with developmental disabilities participate in sports.  Roger Dumont (Director of Operations for SOS) credits Paul Perry (Safety and Compliance Officer for Jay’s Group of Companies) as being the lead organizer of the 2009 event.  “It is his enthusiasm and long hours on the phone making calls that lines up all these trucks”, said Mr. Dumont.

Special Olympics Saskatchewan supports over 100 sports programs in more than 40 communities. Athletes include people with an intellectual disability, and/or closely related developmental disabilities, from five years of age to seniors.
